I probably wouldn't recognize it. I miss the scent of the Eucalyptes trees there during the summer when they warm up. There's something intoxicating about that scent mingled with the sea breeze. One of these days I'll drag the hubster back there- I think he'd love Coronado.
It's 125 degrees where I live (in the summer and everything goes either up hill toward the mountains or downhill to the lake... bicycles aren't going to cut it here...

The only place I've ever panned for gold was at Knott's Berry Farm. That was pre-mega-rollercoasters though.
