An ex 70s student activist now turned judicial activist with a hugely sympathetic illiterate illegal immigrant chip on his shoulder.
Somewhow I doubt the activist viewpoints on his current resume made it onto the one he sent the Whitehouse.
One of GWB's pet peeves is judicial activists. Do you have a point behind that "But no surprise!", or is it just a mindless slam?
