And how did Pat "drive" Jewish voters out of the GOP? He hasn't held an elective office and wasn't nominated for President.

Any Jew who left because of Pat is an idiot or never should have joined the GOP in the first place.

What makes it clear to most of us that Buchanan is an anti-semite is that he always singles out Jewish advocates of the Iraq War like Bill Kristol and Charles Krauthammer while ignoring gentile pundits like Rush Limbaugh and Hugh Hewitt. Also, Buchanan always excuses pro-war gentile politicians like Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld on the grounds that the "Israel Lobby" threatened them with defeat if they didn't adopt its positions on Israel and Iraq word for word and pressured Bush to appoint Jews to posts in his administration to police Cheney's and Rumsfeld's thoughts on this issue. The notion that Jewish lobbyists are bossing around guys as hard-headed as Cheney and Rumsfeld is preposterous. Meanwhile, Buchanan ignores the role of evangelical Christians, who are aggressively pro-Israel and far more numerous than Jews in the Republican electorate.

[So far as Buchanan and his friends are concerned, it would seem that the only thing that’s required to make Israel the jewel of the Middle East is for those five million Jews to disappear.]


And this is why I despise the man Buchanan,he calls himself a conservative but hates Israel the same as liberals do and therefore he puts himself under the curse of God almighty, our Father, and Christ Jesus, our Lord.
