So these states offer a Sanctuary for illegals, then expect everyone else to pay for their mistakes.

States have no money. People have money and whether it takes the more circuitous route through the feds or the more direct route through the states it is still the peoples money and this people is sick of paying for illegals in jail.

Just send all the illegals to Maricopa County in Arizona. There is a certain sheriff that will cut the cost of housing them to near nothing. Just today or yesterday, Maricopa County Jail stopped serving Kool-Aid to inmates. That will save the county over $40,000 a year. I say feed them bread and water and keep them in the tents to serve out their sentences. No skin off my b*lls.

They shouldn't lock them up.
They should simply ship them to Zimbabwe.
Problem solved!

While the cost of medical care for illegals is widely discussed, the cost of incarcerating illegals is a much higher cost.

I think one reason we see so many illegals who have been caught and released so many times is local governments set bail they think can be paid and then hope the invader skips town. I sometimes wonder how much bail money is forfeited by illegals.

Locking Up Illegal Aliens a Costly Proposition for StatesThat is why it is better to have heavy fines for any business that hires illegals and any place that rents to them. Plus absolutely no free services of any kind. Then they will leave on their own and pass they word on.
