I'd be for reasonable borrowing on genuine capital improvement projects. The bonds don't guarantee the money will be spent on them and much of it is pork. We shouldn't leave accumulated debt for our children and grandchildren to pay off because we're too selfish to make hard choices. Its not the taxpayers' fault our infrastructure is crumbling. The State Legislature could have set priorities in their budget. They didn't and the best thing we could do is not bail them out of their unwillingness to put California's needs ahead of the demands of special interest groups. Just vote NO to ALL the bonds and tax hikes on the fall ballot.

(Go Israel, Go! Slap 'Em Down Hezbullies.)
