Eclipse says it has now received full TC for the Eclipse 500. However the FAA does not yet show the TCDS (Type Certificate Data Sheet) which means that the Eclipse claim can't be verified. Note also that the Federal Airworthiness Regulations (FAR part 21) have no such thing as a provisional type certification.
Eclipse like Avidyne are good at marketing and hype but the Eclipse VLJ is vaporware. The Cessna Mustang was fully certified first and ahead of schedule! current price to get an Eclipse 500 is 1.5 million, and even at the production rates claimed you won't get yours until 2012. By then it'll be obsolete.
