Annan should be forced to answer the question: "Why would Israel diliberately kill UN workers?

They were part of the international body's peace keeping force in Lebanon Not entirely true. They are part of A 2000 UN force called UNIFEL, aka, United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon and they had NO POWER what-so-ever to get get involved, INCLUDING unless fired upon. Kofi made sure of that when he met with........

We desperately need the US out of the UN and the UN out of the US, this is such an understatement of fact........It's utterly disgusting..........I've had it..........

This self-important little nothing of a man (I use the term advisedly), makes me sick.

Too bad that Kofi and half the U.N. weren't there in that spot for a convention when it happened.

What were the UN Observers observing the ordnance flying over their heads for the last two weeks? They should have been evacuated early on unless they were spotting for Hezballah.

I remember hearing about some UNIFIL soldiers being paid by Hezbollah in 2001, there is an old thread on FR about it.

I have to think this baseless charge is his way to force an early cease fire. What a corrupt protetor of terrorists he is.

"Annan Charges Israel Deliberately Killed 4 at U.N. Post "
# 1. Annan has zero credibility (oil for food anyone?)
# 2. The Unifil has a record of collaboration with Hizbullah to kidnap Israeli soldiers. If they are helping Hizbullah, they deserve to die.
# 3. If these Unifil people are indeed inocent, in any war, people who stand between the 2 sides sometimes die. Tough. A war is not a dinner party.

Shut up Kofi Anus, you're damn lucky the IDF hasn't targeted a cruise missile for your corrupt, arrogant ass.

"United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon "
What kind of interim force stays at a place for to the tune of 28 years?
