"The RNC should go all out and support Schlesinger."

Too late, the RNC already threw their support behind Alan Gold.

"Everyone talks about how "moderate" Joe Lieberman is, how he's the last sane Democrat alive. Bull. The RNC should go all out and support Schlesinger. Schlesinger is the Republican candidate for Senate, and he's a solid conservative. Conservatives should stop pandering to Lieberman. He's not our problem."

True but Schlesinger seems to come with his own baggage - that whole casino thing. Guilty or not the image of impropriety is there. I wish the CT party could have come up with someone better than this to be honest with you

"Who's Alan Gold?"

Who's Alan Gold is the alias Republican Senatorial candidate Alan Schlesinger used while playing black jack at a casino (He had been caught card counting and thrown out on a previous occasion.)

This was my attempt at humor. (Lame as it was)

"I'd love to see Jodi with some GOP support, so CT can improve the business climate."

An improvement in Connecticut's business is essential but I still don't like Jodi RINO Rell.

This state is hopeless, we need a fiscally conservative business friendly government, never happen here.

"I guess that is why Florida's booming. :) I couldn't take the taxes there. Now I just worry about the Federal income tax and enjoy the weather. I miss New England in the fall, but I'll visit."

My parents moved down back in 92 when they retired, since then they bought a condo in Windsor and are here from mid May until early Oct.

Guess Ma couldn't stand being away from her Grand Children. ;-D

"My brother has a home on Rainbow in Windsor."

I know the area well, was working the area back in 79" when the tornado hit.
