Of course, none of my posts had anything to do with sex or promiscuity. Whatever.
Carry on--Long live the socialists!
"Carry on--Long live the socialists!"
Yep ...
BTW - anthrax is a virus - think the government should keep it's nose out of that also, or is that "acceptable" socialized virus control ?
Curious non-response ...
Am I to suppose that if anthrax were to become a widespread threat, that you would oppose allowing the school systems to be a part of the distribution network for vaccines ?
The question was ridiculous. There is no comparison.
I would consider anthrax a public health emergency. HPV is not.
>I am not sure why, but I don't believe the vaccine is for men. There is currently no way to diagnose HPV in men, except when they have obvious genital/anal warts (blah). The HPV test is done from a PAP smear. Men cannot be tested because 1) They don't have a cervix. 2) There is too much surface area (for some, anyway) to get an accurate sample for measurement.
Well, if children were vaccinated, neither sex would contract the virus in the first place.
At least you'd think that. I wonder if they don't vaccinate men because it's cheaper to just vaccinate women?
"The question was ridiculous."
It was meant to be - I do that when someone wastes their and my time givng non-responsive replies.
So it appears that the government should have a system in place to handle emergencies, such as anthrax vaccines, yet leave it sitting there on idle while other vaccines that would be of general benefit to the population are left on the shelf.
