Tell me about it. I had to go to Guyana and help clean up. Try a few hours in a C130 on lox and still smelling them.

Dude, you need to take a break from posting.

Dude, you need to take a break from posting at antifreeper sites. It's clouding your judgment.

Nice of you to keep posting a pic of a signer of the Declaration and the Constitution, one of George Washington's closest friends, the financier of the Revolution, and the man who gave up his mercantile empire, mortgaging it to the French, whom he was never able to repay...using those funds to save the Continental Army at Valley Forge.

He's one of America's greatest unsung heroes.

Your meaning remains unclear to FReepers, however.

I don't. Why the paranoia?

Could information be available to interested people with the time to investigate? You'd be surprised!

Yes, the smell was horrid. In black plastic body bags and the stainless caskets the smell was so bad they had everyone on oxygen masks.

I would never discuss such things with people like you.

Anything I would say about anyone or anything would be twisted out of all recognition in a flash.

You've lost touch with reality. Your hatred is eating you alive.

Can you explain to us why the purpose of the Declaration Alliance PAC as reported to the IRS is so different from the what it tells its donors the purpose is?

I refer you back to post #156 if you need a reminder.

That had to be horrible.

Tex seems to think Simcox is on par with Jim Jones.

Jimbo was from San Fran and took everything from his followers. It may have been easier to pull it of in California.

A few bucks and some time camping and watching the border does not come close.

Jim Bakker had a TV media empire. Simcox may have the short attention span attention of some newsreaders sometimes, but he certainly does not have an empire.

Both are really poor comparisons.

Hi, Howlin! Lookie what I found:

I found a "Form 8871 - Political Organization Notice of Section 527 Status" on the IRS search page. It gives the purpose of the Declaration Alliance PAC as

To support efforts that increase public awareness and knowledge regarding the principles underlying the Declaration of Independence, but not to expressly advocate the election or defeat of any clearly identified candidate for public office.

Compare this with what the DAPAC's web page says:

About DAPAC
Declaration Alliance PAC is the official campaign and ballot initiative arm of the tax-exempt Declaration Alliance.

The goals of DAPAC for 2006 are simple and straightforward:
  1. To defeat partisan Democrats, especially hard-core, leftwing liberals like Senators Robert Byrd and Harry Reid, and Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi.

  2. To support endangered, scapegoated, anti-establishment conservative incumbents in Congress like Tom DeLay and Tom Tancredo, who have fought hard to stay true to our bedrock values and principles.

  3. To recruit real conservatives who can challenge, politically frighten, and eventually REPLACE RINO, "Money-Is-God" incumbents like John McCain, Arlen Specter, Mike DeWine, and Chris Shays.

  4. To pass pro-life, pro-family, anti-tax, pro-sovereignty, pro-traditional values, anti-big government, pro-property rights, pro-second amendment legislation and ballot initiatives across the U.S.

  5. To retake the leadership of the GOP where it has been captured by pro-abortion, anti-family, pro-tax, antimilitary, pro-big government, anti-gun rights, "open borders" liberals in "blue states" like California, New Jersey, and Illinois.

Something looks a tiny bit deceptive to me.

Come on Tex. Would you go camping with Koresh?

Since when is wanting a secure border a religion?

When it becomes the driving passion that you live and eat 24/7 then religion is an apt term.
