I imagine, if you've been running WMD programs all along, you'd sort of want to keep that fact quiet,now wouldn't you ?

Unfortunately,the Iraqi Intelligence Service kept records that wouldn't quit: most of which are just pure administrative crap-(ex: Republican Guard officers turning in their sidearms, and drawing new ones.)
