I saved that to my favorites. A great scaring tool. Remember 'Scared Straight'? I don't think that movie would work on this generation.
Thanks.

I think it is just because she looks best in long hair without those horrendous bangs. I think she was dead spiritually and emotionally from the first picture. The rest was just physical wasting. God bless here is she still lives.

With all of the publicity concerning the devastating effect of even one Hit on this stuff it's amazing that people are so stupid as to try it out.
Try it once and you're basically hooked for life. It's almost impossible to get off of.

Re-read the article carefully.I did. What I didn't see was your remedy to the massive problem. Filling out a complaint form is easy. Do you have any solutions?

How much meth can you make from a package of pseudophed?
None. But facts don't matter to the neoprohibitionist zealots. Consider yourself lucky they haven't kicked your door down yet.

If my memory serves me correctly, that lady was a crack addict, not a meth addict. The results are most likely the same.

The first time I saw these pictures I was horrified. I couldn't sleep that night imagining the horror that woman lived through. The wife and I have a season pass to the Intervention show on A&E and watch the pain these kinds of people go through. Although, they all have great excuses of why they are addicts, given that it is their own fault.

What exactly is Meth? Before you slip into unconsciousness
Id like to have another kiss
Another flashing chance at bliss
Another kiss, another kiss
The days are bright and filled with pain
Enclose me in your gentle rain
The time you ran was too insane
Well meet again, well meet again
Oh tell me where your freedom lies
The streets are fields that never die
Deliver me from reasons why
Youd rather cry, Id rather fly
The crystal ship is being filled
A thousand girls, a thousand thrills
A million ways to spend your time
When we get back, Ill drop a line
Old, is what it is.
Tweakers used to be called speed freaks a million years ago.
And they were just as boring then as they are now.

We was a-d-d-d-drivin' d-downtown l.a. About a-midnight hour And it almost b-b-blew my mind I got caught in a coloured shower All those lights were t-t-twinkling on sunset I saw a sign in the sky It said, "t-t-t-trip a t-trip, I trip, trip," I couldn't keep up up if I tried Ah, we stepped down to reality company To get some instant sleep And the driver turned, I said, "welcome back" He smiled and he said, "beep beep" What goes on ? chick-a-chick What goes on ? I really wanna know What goes on all around me What goes on ? I really wanna know When in should come-a my dream woman She got sequins in her hair Like she stepped out off of a fellini film She sat in a white straw chair But I thought i'd take a second look Just to see what I could see And my scene had popped out like a bubble does There was nobody there but me I said, "girl, you drank a lot of drink-me But you ain't in a wonderland You know I might-a be there to greet you, child When your trippin' ship touches sand." What goes on ? chick-a-chick What goes on ? I really wanna know What goes on ? chick-a-chick What goes on ? I really wanna know A silver goblet of wine is-a to be Held in a bejewelled glove And her knights they toast the tournament The falcons they fly above And the queen will a drink of the dew tonight But the jester she cries alone Because merlin he spoke of an instant spell To make the devil's white knights moan And-a all in all, the seagull said &Quot;as I look to where I've been The whole wide human race Has a-taken far too much methedrine" What goes on ? chick-a-chick What goes on ? I really wanna know What goes on ? so near What goes on ? I really wanna know Yeah well, come on We sat in a velvet jewel case With sparkles everywhere And julian he sat on a diamond ring And-a talked of the days gone by We spoke of a common kaleidoscope And the pros and the cons of zen And he spoke and-a said for a piece of cake He really did have a yen Bobby dylan he sat "the mad hatter" A broken hour glass in his hand And-a joannie sat in a white lace Looking cool with a black lace fan What goes on ? chick-a-chick What goes on ? I really wanna know What goes on ? yes please tell me What goes on ? I really wanna know

because of the failed war on some drugs, not in spite of it.I'm jazzed. Take a breath. Relax. A Quaalude may help.
Your solution to the meth infestation is what, exactly? Longer prison terms?

My e-mail to drugfreeaz.com:
Please help me out with this.
At your website
http://www.drugfreeaz.com/drug/meth.html you state that the pictured woman is a Methamphetamine user.
Yet the BBC website
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/in_pictures/3973979.stm claims that her name is Roseanne Holland and that her appearance degraded due to HEROIN use.
And this site
http://www.nwsmf.org.uk/english/drugs/crack.htm claims that Ms. Holland's condition was due to Crack and Heroin.
Now granted, ALL of these drugs are dangerous. But if I am going to point to Ms. Holland's(?) series of photos to illustrate the effects of drug abuse, I'd like to know exactly which drug I'm referring to.
We'll see what response I get.

What massive problem?
IF someone violates ANOTHER'S rights, lock the criminal away until - at the very least - he pays full restitution to the damaged party.

What massive problem? You may have missed this -
Meth abuse continues to fuel an increase in crimes like robbery and assault, straining the workload of local police forces despite a drop in the number of meth lab seizures, according to a survey Tuesday.
What about the rights of the robbed? What about the rights of the assaulted? What about the rights of police? What about the rights of neighbors that may blow up?
IF someone violates ANOTHER'S rights, lock the criminal away...
Perps are perps. I have a funny feeling you're on the loosing end of a battle.
Don't be a perp...
