Hizbullah doesn't seem to be able to control their own forces.
It is entirely possible that Hizbullah did NOT do it -- over 4000 Iran Republic Guards are reported to be in southern Lebanon, and the Kytusha rockets came from Iran. Connect the dots.

Just heard over my shoulder on FNC that Israel is now saying it was launched by Iranian military from south Lebanon.
Not confirmed yet.
