This AM on Fox & Friends, the scroll at the bottom said if things kept up, it might lead to war. Uh, like duh.

Why this selective bombing in Lebanon? Carpet bomb southern Lebanon until nothing moves. Turn it into a free fire zone.

dozens of Hizballah rockets against towns and communities within a 20-km radius from the border

Why don't the Israelis use counter-battery radar to pin point the launch sites and return fire with their howitzers before the bad guys can move to a new position? They could have firing coordinates before the incoming rocket impacts, or am I missing something?

Regards,
GtG

My brother was in Afghanistan and they said it wasn't easy to deal with the rocket launchers because they knew enough to quickly move out of the area immediately after launching.

Also, just a guess, but I would think that the arc of the flight of a shell is far more predictable because it is ballistic where as the rocket is powered and may squirm around a bit during flight, so maybe counter-battery on rockets is harder than artillery shells.

If both Debka AND the NYT or CNN are reporting it, you can be very sure it must be true.

When reading the NYT I also check Debka to make sure it is true!

Gaza resident on tv bawling about the state of affairs for the people in Gaza. That's what happens when you ELECT a terrorist organization to lead your "country".
It is hard to be sympathetic!!!
