Ohhh, how I agree with that.
I think both you and kabar would agree at some level. The question is when the US would get involved. Aside fro mmateriel support, a la 1973, I cannot see US troops being committed unles they are a final resort. In other words, only when the Israelis have no other option but to bring out the Jerichos, then the US would commit troops.
Is this separate from the one where one woman was killed that we have been seeing on CNN?
"Israel can't fight a war of attrition."
And Israel knows that too. They know what needs to be done.
Thanks to US based Walmart and other chains, we are China's cash cow - we are their economy base. I don't see them actively wanting to take us down. But of course they are all just freaking nuts, so who knows?
This whole Biblical "chosen people" thing....
Who says Israel is going to be wiped off the map? They are the strongest military force in the region, by far. Oil be damned? Sorry, but our national interests are closely connected to keeping the oil flowing from the Middle East. The world economy depends on it.
Good point.
I think so.
Prayer for a decisive victory for Israel and protection of their soldiers and civilians. If it spreads...prayers for us all.
BEIRUT, July 13 (Reuters) - Israeli aircraft attacked a target in the Hizbollah stronghold of Beirut's southern suburb on Thursday, witnesses and a security source said. It was not immediately clear ...
CNN is back to Anderson Cooper again, with the Western Wildfires, looks like a repeat.
"The Arabs must cease this provocation or get the dirt nap"!
You overestimate our proven oil reserves and our ability to tap into them.
C'mon, Israel does not need to use chemical weapons. It is doing the right thing right now. It it taking no crap. It demands quiet for quiet in lieu of peace, and it will reply harshly and smartly to frustrate its foes.
"The world" has not acted strongly enough to keep the terrorists at bay. Israel cannot be asked to tolerate attacks any longer, especially since it has withdrawn from Gaza and wants to withdraw from much of the west bank.
The terrorists are opening a new front (an old front which they are now reopening). They don't want Israel to withdraw, and take away the only thing they have to complain about. They think they can force the US out of Iraq by widening conflict and turning opinion against the US and Israel.
The terrorists need to be attacked directly, and pressure must be brought down on those who harbor them. That means harming Lebanon's economic interests, strategic assets etc until it does something to stop attacks. That means pressuring the Palestinians to put Hamas down. That means, possibly, attacks on Syria.
I think Israel should try to harm Syria by flooding it with counterfeit cash.
I hope the noise of all the clicking of the remotes over to CNN woke Roger Ailes up.
Katyusha lands in Mishmar HaYarden
A katyusha landed in the Mishmar HaYarden community, east of Rosh Pinna, hitting a structure.
Several residents are being treated for shock. (Ahiya Raved)
LOL < nodding in agreement >
