If private groups want to front the cash for it, its their money. But it shouldn't be paid for by the taxpayers.

Why can't these phony immigrants just get a legal ID, do the paperwork and be done with it...they only butt in line is because they're just to damn selfish to do it right...It's important to remember that many of these immigrants in question are convinced that they have a right to be here. This land was stolen from them...That's their modus operandi and not some belief held by the radical fringe as some would have us believe.
