Judge Napalitano is a conservatve, it's just that he's a conservative judge. That tilts everthing he thinks and says way to the left from the get go.

All positions and decisions have to be viewed through the prism of what is good for the judiciary (and by extension lawyers).  The question is "will this decision enhance or detract from the power of judges?"  It doesn't matter if it's right or wrong.

That's why it's so important that we retain and even extend our majority in the Senate, even if we have to hold our noses on some of the candidates, so that we can have a prayer of getting some honest judges confirmed.

And at some point they found out some kind of program with chemical weapons that was stopped...wow.

I remember during the stressful, contentious time when the US was making it's case at the UN for the resolution to go to war in Iraq...

Biden would get on TV and brag about how HE would pull aside the representatives from the other countries, (France, Germany, Italy)...and talk to them "privately"....I really think he, Rockefeller, Sen. Levin and others have been working behind the US's back for years to thwart Bush's agenda.

Enlighten me someone, where is this info coming from? Is it a leak from an enemy of the administration, or FROM the administration? Are we happy this is now known?

What you said about Baby Boomers, their children, and grandchildren hits home with me...because I am in that catagory.

I tried to explain to my children, 28 and 30...how important it was for Bush to get his Soc. Security program, with private accounts through...but, ALAS, our REP congresscritters are more worried about their political future..

than the futures of our children and grandchildren..

However, I AM glad that this happened now...because I have now gotten them each to open their OWN IRA accounts...
