I'm willing to donate however, they are based in NC not PA. I just want to know where my "Vietnam Vet" husband's money is going. Can anyone give me the lowdown? Any FReepers belong to this organization?

Remember Vietnam Vets for the Truth and their Kerry Lied campaign in 2004? This is that same group, now named Vets For The Truth, and the same man is heading it up: CAPT Larry Bailey. And they are now located in NC.

That's great news! The even better news is that with modern technology, you don't HAVE to live there to help -- you can help right from home, by making phone calls into the district. I don't know the details yet, but I understand the Irey campaign has some kind of new software that allows volunteers from around the country to make phone calls just as if they were sitting in an Irey phone bank operation right inside their headquarters.

Check it out with the Irey campaign. Murtha's going to have money galore, but if Irey can really mobilize the tens of thousands of activists around the country who are upset with Murtha, she just might be the surprise of the year.

On one level, yes he is -- but from what this POS has said over the past several months, he is doing damage -- in cold blood -- to our brave military who are protecting all of us. So I believe his defeat is in the best interest of the United States of America.

Luckily his opponent Ms. Irey is a patriot in her own right, so she is definitely NOT the "lesser of two evils."
