Section 3. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.

The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason, but no attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture except during the life of the person attainted.

With such a standard, has anyone ever been convicted of treason?

"The most puzzling thing about the New York Times’s exposure of America’s counterterrorism secrets is that this Manhattan-based newspaper has no apparent sense of self-preservation. "

Safety in numbers, they figure. New York is a big city. How Massive can a Weapon of Mass Destruction be anyway?

Pinch would'a led the Nazi's there... and CNN, MSNBC, CBS, ABC & NBC would'a had their trucks outside for live-coverage.

Good article. FR should have a category on the top of their main page for "Treason".

It still surprises me that they were able to write an article with such detail. They had congressmen readily available apparently to spill the beans to them completely..

Besides their treason, they've seriously turned into the Dan Rather of print journalism.

They've had to admit to more fabrications than Levi 501 Jeans.

Seriously....why would anyone buy it? Especially anyone outside of NYC?

Exaggerations don't help. Besides Jason Blair, what have they admitted that was gross BS? Everyone should be aware of their political slant.

Seriously....why would anyone buy it?

When they get a story right, they are better than most of the rest of the papers in the country, which are usually leftist rags as well. BTW, these examples are free.

Iraqi Led Bombing of Shiite Shrine, Official Says (golden-domed shrine sacred to Twelvers) I didn't know it was sacred to the "Twelvers."

Justices Back Most G.O.P. Changes to Texas Districts (plus linked Court's Opinion) How many other newspapers regularly link original citations/decisions?

Freedom Tower Sheds the Look of Bulky Armor How many other newspapers regularly provide excellent multimedia, pictures and graphics? Scroll down on the left of the NY Times' Terrorist Tip Sheet webpage. Besides that, these traitors need to be monitored.

We all know that the idiots on the Left wouldn't believe Republicans if they said the sky was blue, so why don't administration officials demand that the Democrats who tried to convince the Times not to print say something?

Somehow, someway, the message needs to be understood by Americans:

The New York Times, a subscription to treason.
