The MSM would have us believe that leaking sensitive classified information on how we conduct surveilance OPS against our enemy is justified and at the same time forgetting that you may have unintentionally mentioned the name of a CIA agent (NON-COVERT) (Not A Crime) in conversation with reporters is punishable by death....
What a strange liberal world we live in....
These people want lots of our people KILLED....one, because they DESPISE George Bush....two, because it sells more papers!!!

This is the first Ive heard of Section 798 of Title 18. Until now I was only familiar with the 1917 Espionage Act. Its something to keep in mind.
Hey New York Times! Take heed!
Now, if this administration has the cajones to use the law

Dear Mr. Gonzalez: Please arrest that worthless scoundrel Pinch Sulzberger, and frogmarch him out of the Slimes building. That photo alone would make an eternity of good memories.
Well, look to the "Shadow Government" and its corrupt, treasonous minions for the real culprit. Former Carter and Clinton appointees, in sensitive positions in the CIA and State Department, and perhaps the Treasury Department also, should be the focus of investigation and indictment. The reality of people deliberately undermining the president and the foreign policy of the United States, as if it were just a passing political reality, is going to come to a head soon. This is treason, and it is really damaging to our national security. The way things have been going, we may see some stark and clearly attributable examples of this in the very near future. This cannot continue if we are going to survive as a nation.
Does it really take Gonzales more than a month to make up his mind about this? His delay has allowed yet ANOTHER national security matter to be leaked.
Where does Bush find these losers?
Can you IMAGINE what would have become of this "not even worthy to wrap fish" publication 50 years ago? I don't know how we got to this point, but it's time for a U-turn!
