My parents and a brother live in Texas. Texas is the only state I've been to where slow drivers on two lane roads pull over to let faster cars go by. I-35 can be hectic, but most other drivers are very polite.

Sorry, mate. New Yorkers simply cannot hold a candle to Parisians in terms of rudeness. To compare the two is to compare firecrackers to JDAMs. I wouldn't know since I refuse to go to France. (and my ancestry is French).
