"A change of venue may result in a conviction."

If they move the trial to Kerrville she'll get the death penalty...

"Those who perpetrate voter fraud are victimizing and intimidating the elderly," Abbott said in a written statement. "This violates the law and is simply another form of elder abuse."

This is obviously a misquote. Everyone knows that the left is nothing but a big ball of compassion, love, and tolerance. They are only "helping" the elderly like this because they know what's best for them.

Wait a minute....If they get serious about voter fraud, don't we risk losing our fine democrat politicians?

"Duval county's 55 percent voter turnout was also in the Democrat primary election"

Wasn't it box 13 Duval county that launched "Landslide Lyndons'" political career?

That Box 13 was in Jim Wells County.

In South Texas, this is normal and is called a 'get out the vote' drive by Democrat operatives.

You don't need papers to vote in South Texas and along the Rio Grande either....

In 2003, college students were on TV bragging about it and saw nothing wrong with it. This is the ONLY way the libs will get it. We had plenty of time to have certain parameters in place for the 2008 elections. Why no emphasize was placed on this is worrisome.

We spent millions for computerized voting machines after the Dem loses in the 2000, 2002 and 2004 elections. Now the Texas Dems are demanding paper trails! You gotta love it!
