This makes me ill. I would be very afraid to leave a child alone in a hospital these days.

These guys (and gals sadly) are neither new nor more numerous. They are however, more likely to get themselves caught - due to their proclivities for making photographic reminders of their exploits, better forensic evidence, and a public that finally admits this is happening.

Anytime family members are in the hospital - our family tag teams to make sure there's someone there all the time. We learned this when I had a sibling in a coma. Things didn't get "forgotten" when family members were there.(He also stopped "accidently" rolling out of bed) With crap like this, I'd stay 24/7 without other family assistance if it were my daughter in the hospital.

This can't be said enough. Enough crap happens even when well-meaning hospital staff are fatigued and underinformed. (We've caught medication errors and improper therapy applications every time we've stayed with family members). I hadn't even thought about the potential for sickos like this - but just one more good reason to 'never leave someone alone in the hospital'.

The primary blame belongs to this scum, who should indeed be executed.

But a great deal of blame belongs to our wonderful activist judges on the Supreme Court, who have basically made any form of pornography a first amendment right, while outlawing many forms of political speech--a complete reversal of what the founders intended.

I doubt whether this guy would have done what he did without having first soaked himself in pornography. The report seems pretty clear about that.
