Sniffle----watta good boy you are, Patrick----now Daddy can buy you a presidential nod, too----sob.
Someone get that man a drink!
I'm sure he won't miss his next "3 am vote".
"and will continue to undergo treatment for his addiction to painkillers"
When are the cops starting their investigation looking into his doctor shopping to get access to all those painkillers?
If it was good for Rush, then the Kennedy's should get the same treatment.
Quote: "Patrick Kennedy, fresh from his second stint in drug rehab, yesterday said he's building recovery support networks. . . "
In other words, finding new bars and hangouts where the staff is paid off in advance to forget he was ever there. Oh, and to find a wheel man when he gets too tipsy.
Having said that, I truly do hope he is on the road to recovery. But, given the Kennedy family tradition (at least his branch) of saucing, I doubt it.
"I have my own big-guy for a mentor and support!"
He will do just fine. The only stipulation on his release is that he maintain a .25 blood content level in his alcohol system.
Should be emphasized.
The Kennedys are the personification of a crime family. Only in America!
.........and when you say big, you mean Big...........
"If it was good for Rush, then the Kennedy's should get the same treatment."
It wasn't good for Rush. It wasn't right. I was an obvious exercise in selective law enforcement, much as loitering laws were once selectively used against black people.
Paybacks are never good. When the entire world is practicing "eye for eye" then it leaves the whole world blind.
If you want to vent your ire, send a campaign contribution to whomever runs agains the Palm Beach prosecutor.
Someone just called the John DePetro radio show on WRKO, and chastised him for spending "days and days" on the issue of Patches Kennedy. I believe after her tirade she hung up on him. Typical.
Now I'm familiar with 12 Step Programs, but a statement like that coming from a Kennedy can be nothing but arrogant.
Isn't like a law a Kennedy kill someone or go to jail to further their political career?
I didn't think that state employees were allowed to make personal calls while "working".
Translation: "Politicking, politicking, politicking, politicking . . . . . . . (following in daddy's drunken, drugged out footsteps) . . . . . politicking, politicking, politicking, politicking."
Any questions?
Did anyone else hear on Fox News this a.m. that Patches made some bizarre statement yesterday such as he is ready to face any charges stemming from his "rush to vote" (my words)and wants to be treated like just as an African American from some ghetto would be treated? I swear I heard this! Can anyone out there elaborate?
A couple of days ago, a study was released relating to drivers in the states. Ranked as the worst was Rhode Island, and next to worst was Washington, D.C. I guess Patrick took lessons in both areas.
