Ref #574, they will be lowering their caskets into the ground 50 years hence ,and these people will still be in denial. It would not surprise me to see a "Bush stole the election" sticker on their caskets.
Not in the manner we are being told with the weapons we know the Marines carry. Remember, this is a very small boy. Not a full grown adult male. You are dealing with a considerable smaller body area. You have to see a child about that size (and that painfully thin, man we Americans are fat) for it to sink home just how impossible the "what ifs" on this are.
I have been sitting here running thru every possible computation of shot I even consider the child was running by a left handed Marine who shot backwards over his shoulder. You just cannot shoot this kid where the "Wound" is an get a survivable wound.
Just map out the bullet path in your head. If if it doesn't hit the spine look where it goes. The wound is all wrong for a graze. It has to be a penetrating wound. EVEN standing on a lower level of a house firing up, based on the angle and position of the wound doesn't create a survivable wound in this kid. NO way.
Well, it sure didn't look like a recent bullet wound to me and I've seen cigarette burns that look like that.

I heard that interview, and Chris did what so many of the dems are doing the last few weeks...
He is crying about how, if the government in Iraq is really proceeding in a positive way....then why haven't they gotten their Ministers of the Interior and Defense???

I don't think most California Dems even want to be part of the USA.. to see what has happened to the state look at who is running in the current primaries, if you don't want to lose the state forever you have no choice, this November, but Arnold...
Oh, I have no doubts if Arnold signs it that it'll end up in the Supreme Court -- it's illegal for states to make pacts with other states, but that is the intent here.

Johnnie is right. The little girl that was telling the story was pretty convincing until she slipped and said they knew the bomb was going to go off and then they shifted to showing the boy's wounds and as Johnnie says he was painfully thin, a very small child and you could see his spinal column. I can still see it in my minds' eye and how my first thought, echoed by my husband -- who was a Master Shooter in the Navy -- that it was not what they said it was and it was too old for what they were claiming.
