You know, in order to change the subject back to the subject of the article (hey I get to hijack the thread twice--a "return from FReeper Island" for all you members old enough to remember the concept) . . . I'm sure you understand that some, if not all of the TTC will be leased and operated by a foreign consortium. You had suggested on another "roadway leasing" thread that a foreign consortium could interdict travel on the portion it leases, thus leading to a national security concern. I remember asking, how did you think it would do this? Mine the approaches? Artillery interdiction fire? Bombing runs? You never answered.
