You certainly have certainly spent a lot of time reading my posts. I'll have to start charging you for it, like a good loy-yah would.

I'll admit to paying attention to what you have said in the past, and make the observation that you count on people not remembering. As for "changing the subject," you're the expert. I'll point it out the next time you do it . . . not that you care. LOL

I haven't a clue what "supplements" have to do with Kelo, and globalization,or how it offers any worthwhile input?
It is an attempt to change the topic and disrupt a very important discussion about the future of America.

From the following Free Republic
thread, dated July 22, 2005. And no, I have no need to charge anyone the $20 for the 5 minutes it took to find it on Google, the electronic wire transfer fee would probably exceed that amount. [hyperlinks below are dead]

instead of turning cartwheels over the fact that most of our exports will become duty-free immediately
we try to get people to read the text of the bill and understand that sustainable development and the ILO are socialist in origin and socialist in execution. We try to show that the text of this agreement is filled with language that grants broad powers to as yet unformed committees unelected by the American people and to international socialist institutions like the Codex Aliamentarius among others.
Its clear that some on this forum 'turn cartwheels' over loss of sovereignty to global institutions, but some of us DON'T.

Just like some of us try to get people to read the text of the agreement and not succumb to tin-foilers railing about Mode 4, vitamin supplements, illegal immigration, and that Codex thingie.

Mode 4, vitamin supplements, illegal immigration, and that Codex thingie
Thanks for bringing these up. They are all related to NAFTA, CAFTA and the FTAA, in addition to the other FTAs we have signed.
"Free traders" pretend the WTO has nothing to do with "free trade" and that the "free trade agreements" are about tariffs! LOL.
To: hedgetrimmer
Click on my link in reply #23 and weep. Go to the CAFTA secetion of the USTR website and weep some more. The vitamin supplement "scare" is particularly humorous.

A year ago, on a CAFTA thread no less, you claimed that vitamin supplements fell into the umbrella ("related" was your term) of considerations concerning NAFTA. Now, on a NAFTA thread no less, you are claiming that vitamin supplements have "nothing to do" with NAFTA. My work here is done. Please continue, if you wish, on the original thread that I linked in my #65. But only if you want to beat that little pony.

Sorry to "interrupt" your vitamin discussion on the I-35 NAFTA super-corridor highway thread, but thought you'd be interested in some information posted regarding Kansas (please note, Kansas' stated "purpose" conveniently does not mention, in any way, the "NAFTA super-corridor highway").
I-35 Fixed Guideway Corridor Study: This project will evaluate a range of transit options for the I-35 Corridor and identify the option or combination of options that best meet the needs of the corridor and the goals and objectives of Johnson County and KDOT. The study is anticipated to be completed in April 2006. What is the purpose of this study?
As traffic volume and congestion grows on I-35 there are only very limited transportation options available to residents and travelers. Many believe it neither practical nor preferable to just add more capacity to I-35. Transit service is viewed as part of the solution, but current transit options are extremely limited. This study will evaluate a range of transit options and identify the option(s) that best meets the needs of the corridor.
Can't you just build more lanes on I-35?
Some improvements to I-35 are programmed and funded, but a lack of easement will restrict the widening of the roadway for additional lanes. [there should be no problems with obtaining the easements, post-Kelo].

On this thread, on the topic of Southern border blurs for global trade , I said this: Thanks Mr. Corsi, for writing this article.
I actually said thanks to Mr. Corsi. Is this a problem for you? Do you want to discuss it? This would be the place. Maybe you'd like to know why the man deserves our thanks. Or if you want to go back an bump some old threads, fine by me. We can talk on them, just so you can quit littering on this thread.

but current transit options are extremely limited.
Maybe thats because they have a constitutional base?
In my best "free trader" sneer... "We need options to meet the needs of the corridor! Forget the citizens! We have corridors to please!"

Maybe thats because they have a constitutional base? As I said, since Kelo passed, some "problems" may be working themselves out, as we speak.

No, not often at all. Catching someone contradict themselves in such a blatant fashion is rare on a conservative forum. I will tell you this, the day you catch me doing the same will be the day I retire my nic and start over as a n00b, like many other paleos. Challenge yourselves if you wish.

None of this would be possible without the extensive work being done by the U.S. Department of Commerce working groups charged with implementing by new regulations the Strategic and Prosperity Partnership of North America, or SPP. The SPP agreement was reached between President Bush, President Vicente Fox and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin during their March 2005 summit meeting in Waco, Texas. The Bush administration plan is to create a North American Union along the model of the European Union, put in place by administrative regulations and departmental working groups under the SPP umbrella.
Where are vitamins mentioned? I didn't see it.
