Well, Poor Helen tries - she looks clean and nicely dressed - wears makeup and all that. It just that the poor thing is butt ugly - inside as well as out - and the inside impacts the outside.

I pity her - imagine looking into the mirror and seeing that looking back - It would make anyone ugly as a bull dog...
