Well no, he is trying to crucify the Marines. But the Marines are bigger than this no matter what eventually unfolds. That this incident has not already lit Iraq up like a Mohammed cartoon is telling also ie; they have seen American troops up close, and there is an element of doubt in their minds too.

Once again 'my gut' says that there are lots of things wrong here, for even if a combat massacre took place (ala My Lai) all the direct 'execution style' head shots to little babies says otherwise.

I mean look, we are dealing with a culture that will murder people taliban style in a soccer stadium to make their point, there is nothing that is beyond the means to their ends.

And that is what we can never forget. But unfortunately 85% of the people of America are asleep at the wheel 95% of the time.

With NO video, and NO pictures of the supposed atrocities being done, NO sworn witness testimony, and NO ballistics evidence presented this is all sounding like the second and fifth hand statements of John Kerry when testifying to congress about our atrocities in VN.

Hey, it was good enough to get him a cushy job with great pay. Even though NONE of his testimony was PROVED either.

I don't have a problem with events being reported, but do have a problem with them being presented with an obvious bent to attempt to destroy our military's reputation and that of our soldier's who defend our country.

The MSM have been looking for a My Lai to fit their Iraq=Vietnam paradigm from the get-go.
