Pretty sure. Even in NYC her support is only lukewarm -- her biggest asset among the dems is the hate conservatives have for her. She's pretty much gone as far as she can go. I'd be willing to bet that she's a more effective fundraising device for conservatives than for democrats.
If I had to bet, I'd say the dem ticket will be Gore/Clark with both Clintons campaigning heavily for it.
