It is not easy to be a mom to two in-process Eagle Scouts either!
We spend so many of our weekends working on merit badges, or my husband and sons are gone, such as next weekend at Camporee.
I can't wait to be done with Personal Fitness and Cycling...

Technically, this is not scouting's highest award. This is the highest award which can be given by the BSA, but there is one other which is higher given by the international scouting organization.
That said, this is very high indeed. One of my old scoutmasters got the Silver Beaver, and he was the only one that I personally knew who got anything as high.
