Pardon my French, but what the F*** is there to compromise? Illegals are criminals who have broken the law. They should be prosecuted and deported.
Can I have an AMEN!!!!
Ahora deporte Illegals
No amnesty under any name or disguise.

The House author of a border security bill that triggered massive street protests stood firm today against amnesty for illegal immigrants and predicted tough negotiations with the Senate on compromise legislation.
Thank God SOME Republicans in D.C. remember who the f*ck they work for!

"This is one problem that is not going to wait until the next election," Graham said. "If you win or lose because you make a hard decision, so be it."
Lindsey Graham is a problem that will have to wait until the 2008 election, but hopefully the good people of SC are looking for ways to fix it now.

There shouldn't be any talk of compromise here. Hastert should take the whole bill and toss it in the dumpster. He should tell the Senate not to bother the House with such nonsense. Unfortunately three things are going to happen here, so get ready. First, the House will work on the bill. Second, there will be compromises. This means conferences, trades, deals, threats, counter deals, counter threats, and then finally, it will pass. Third, President Bush will sign it.
God help this country, because the Rinos have doomed it.

"Just wait until Rove and Bush apply some pressure." Maybe it's not all bad if Rove gets indicted. I don't trust either of them on immigration/border security and a growing number of other issues.

My Senators split on the vote. Specter stabbed America in the back, but Santorum helped his reelection chances with a NO vote.

Senators may be elected every six years, but members in the majority risk losing their prized chairmanships if they lose their majority status. Imagine how deflated Specter would be if he lost his chairmanship.

I don't want Rove indicted unless he truly did something wrong. That being said he's already been to the hill trying to tell the House just how they WILL behave themselves. The response was....less than graceful. From what I understand they really let him have it.

He will never get my vote. Ever.

Well I hear he is retiring at the end of this term so that is a moot point now. At this point he is like any other lib, screwing America as badly as he can.

Treason might be too light a word for Frist. Maybe he should just be deported as a penalty and see if he can make it back across the desert on his own.
Only, but only, if the wicked witch dropped bread crumbs to show the way, as in Hansel and Gretel.

Looks like that particular picture of multiculturalism is no longer welcome here at FR
We can thank 'mic9258' (banned or suspended) for that. She push the abuse button because of that pic.

Father and son....
I wish I'd listened to her. Can't take my votes back now.

Specter stabbed America in the back And don't forget Dobbs. He authored the section that prohibits us from building a fence on the border without Mexican permission. Both specter and Dobbs are traitors. For that matter all that voted for this bill are traitors also. No other way to put it.
