"That old stuff" - like every time Nixon is mentioned Watergate is close behind - and when Lloyd Bentsen died today, every story made sure to include at least his nasty "I knew Kennedy and you're no Kennedy" crack - only when it applies to 'rats does the press want to forget "that old stuff"......

I sort of agree with you. Although her posts are always interesting and informative they could be shorter and more to the point...

There is no doubt that Hillary Clinton is thinking of running for President, and that if elected, she would be a very, very dangerous woman.
However, conservatives have to be smart when running against her. If they base the campaign entirely on the Clinton scandals of the 1990's, it will not be enough. Exposing her true ideas is the only way to win such an election.
And there is ther real possibility that conservatives won't be able to stop themselves from overplaying the 1990's Clinton scandals.
I guess a person's opinions are now judged and ruled according to MiaT. Um, it is ok to have opinions, isn't it, in this Land of the Free?

You are right. We must be careful not to allow clinton to play the victim. Victimhood--(and fraud)--are this charmless, dull woman's only way to win elections.
So, for example, the Broaddrick rape and hillary's role in it mustn't be cast as a 'scandal.'
Rather, it must be introduced as evidence that demonstrates what a contemptible, ruthless, power-hungry, no-friend-of-women creature hillary clinton is.
If we can deny clinton the women's vote--and the clinton rapes and willful terrorism failures will do just that--she can never come close to winning. Most men despise her.
But it's okay to link every story from Iraq to some obscure fiction about Viet Nam. Or to compare every Republican president for the thirty years to Richard Nixon. Or to trumpet the godlike powers of JFK like he's relevant today. Or to pretend the civil rights struggle is alive and well, and that this is Selma or Birmingham circa 1965. Or that Hendrix just took the main stage at Woodstock and wailed an electrified version of the National Anthem then burned his guitar. Or that the Ohio National Guard just shot four innocent angels at Kent State.
Yeah, you know us conservatives. We're so mired in the past and all.
