Threats from German students? There's a laugh. I probably carry 50 pounds more muscle than any of those twerps. Just thinking back to studying abroad during this whole war fiasco--amazing how quickly the tone would change for me v. some of my fellow American students.

I'd imagine that's how it must be for President Bush when he shows up at a meeting with these European leaders. They're probably a lot more comfortable in numbers than they are one on one.

You're right, though. There's a big digression of opinions at times.

"Moonbats being moonbats though... I suppose they figure if the WHINE loud enough something will magically happen. Well it will, the Islamofacists will come trouncing right into their neighborhoods! Fools."

Yes. I've been tempted a time or two to help them with their advocacy against our defense by hysterical over-emphases of other issues. Just think...to help our traitors to distract from the important issue: the War on Terror. "Don't look at Iran, whatever you do! Look at our southern border!" Then the Islamists would someday destroy their coastal urban areas (anti-defense, lefty places, for the most part), and we would eventually be rid of large numbers of them. We could live happily-Republican-ever-after.

But then I get all sentimental and think: "Naw! That just wouldn't be right!" So I continue to post news about the creeps who want to nuke us.

[...little humor there.]

This article should also be read by all Senators and Congressman, who should be saying THIS, instead of trying to distance themselves from President Bush.

Liberals go by "feelings". Go by facts. This article is true. Feelings is not a good thing in Politics or Religion.

"Huh? Where did I say I support Democrats?"

Oh! I beg your pardon. We've seen so many "I'm not going to vote" comments over the past month or so, (and by the article posted above) I assumed that you were implying by your following comment that you won't vote Republican in 2006 and 2008.

"Most of Bush's policies are too liberal for me."

Condi tells me she wants to nail down NFL Commissioner, she's not interested in the hot seat.

Jeb's makin' noises about his family.

BTW, our President is far less conservative than me on quite a few issues, too, but I'll continue to vote Republican. Socialists have had much success with what they call "gradualism," so maybe we should also work for every incremental inch.

What's "ridiculous" about having higher standards?

You’ve got your knickers into quite some twist over one person’s opinion.

No problemo.

I've never voted 'liberal' at any time in my life.

I>By inviting the Nazis to come live in Britain?

My dear single issue conservative moonbat. If you are comparing the mexican illegals to the Nazis, you can go take your precious little vote and stick it. We don't want you. We are better without you.

We are talking about saving the world from being nuked by extremist Islamists. President Bush exhibited leadership second to none. Without his strong leadership, we would already have been attacked more than once since 9-11, and our economy would be in shambles.

Keep your eye on the big picture.

Sensible people recognize that President Bush is a real world leader. I am sure Clinton is very envious -- he had the position, but didn't have the leadership ability.

"Bush and America have many other allies throughout the world, too, although to read the nauseating Lib-Left news media, one would get the impression Bush is a pariah and America a rogue state.

Well, would you rather have the likes of Communist China, Communist North Korea, or Communist Cuba soldiering the world?

How about Middle East sheikdoms such as Iran, Libya, or Yemen running the show. "

"Unfortunately, my disappointments are not immediate"

I meant while he is serving we see all his flaws, because we are looking at him and all his failures in running all the nation against, all the conflicting interests and all the messiness of internal American power struggles and interests.

A few years after he has left office and we can see the big picture, I think we will be proud of him and recognize him as a dedicated servant of his nation, that brought honor to his office and did his honest best to serve our long term interests without regard to his personal ego.

For all my complaints I knew we had to enter the Muslim world, and he did in a very forceful, old style American way.

We're breaking eggs, and it is our only chance for reshaping the future of the Arab Muslim relationship to the civilized world.

President George W. Bush strides across the world stage as much as the U.S. dominates the world's stage.

How is the USA dominating the world stage? We certainly don't when it comes to manufacturing.

A good article from a good Conservative paper. You know, when President Bush finishes his term, maybe he can come up to Calgary and check out some Albertan ranches. I can guarantee he'll be more than welcome.
