You have had it pointed out again and again, that although Reagan was a Great President (one of our Greatest), he signed into law many LIBERAL bills. You have had it pointed out to you again and again about his signing tax increases, Amnesty for 4 million illegals, gun control (Brady Bill) and more. You either deny or ignore true facts. Why should I or anyone else waste our time or yours?

Here is your personal attack:

"You can't replace historic facts with (lying) (CALLING ME A LIAR) rhetoric (ACCUSING ME OF LYING OR DECEIVING AGAIN) or ad hominem responses (ACCUSING ME OF BEING A DRIVE BY ATTACKER). Instead of engaging in personal attacks, I suggest you get informed and come back when you're prepared to back up your juvenile (CALLING ME CHILDISH AND IMMATURE) fabrications with historic fact."

Perhaps an English class would help you with your understanding of our common language.

Pointing out that you are factual incorrect is not a personal attack. You're both misinformed and uninformed about the historic facts of the Reagan Era. And employing my rhetorical debate tactics, isn't very original either. You're the one who has engaged in ad homenim attacks and juvenile responses. Not me. When you decide its time to start debating the historic facts, I'll be around.

Btw, PresReagan never signed off on the Brady Bill. That was Bill Clinton. Get your facts straight. Until then, grow some thick skin.

"Because the republicans will spend the 118 billion at least three times, never mind the fact that we are still not at balanced budget for the whole year.
"

Very true.

Without Ronald Reagan supporting Brady, his wife, and the Brady Bill, it would NEVER have been signed into law.

I have never before run into anyone who refuses to see the whole truth... or if you like... the forest for the trees. It must be nice to go through life in a reality of your own making. I don't seem to be able to attain that solace.

Any further posting would be a waste of your time and mine. We can agree on that, can't we?

BULLoney! First you said Reagan signed off on the Brady Bill. That was a boldface lie. Clinton signed it into law.

Historic facts. Reagan and GW Bush have both supported background checks, the Brady Bill and the Assault Weapons ban. Difference. Reagan was out of office, a free citizen. Bush was POTUS.

I'm just starting to have fun. You're more stupid then I thought.

You are a LIAR and an a$$hole!

I was a volunteer for the NRA drive to stop both the AWB and the Brady bill. The following link proves that you are the LIAR, deceiver, and are one sick twisted impostor.

http://www.csgv.org/docUploads/Reagan%20Report%2Epdf

Below are just a couple of Historic Highlights in the document... Footnotes are provided to prove the content!

"Former Representative Scott Klug (R-WI) voted for the AWB "only after a last minute plea from Ronald Reagan". According to the Madison, Wisconsin based Capital Times, "for Klug (R-Madison) who a day earlier had voiced his opposition to the ban but admitted being torn, the defining moment came when he received a personal message from former President Ronald Reagan."

"Former Representative Dick Swett (D-NH) also credited Reagan's direct lobbying. According to the Boston Globe, "Swett made up his mind after being lobbied by the idol of GOP Conservatives, President Ronald Reagan".

and there is this on the Brady Bill and more...

"While the NRA fought the Brady Bill with ALL of its might, President Reagan endorsed the bill named for his Press Secretary, James Brady

At a ceremony celebrating the Tenth Anniversary of the Asssassination attempt on his life that left Brady paralyzed, Reagan said:

"""You know that I am a member of the NRA, and my position on the Right to Keep and Bear Arms is well known... But I want you to know something else, and I am going to say it in clear, unmistakable language: I SUPPORT THE BRADY BILL, AND I URGE THE CONGRESS TO ENACT IT WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY""" RONALD REAGAN

Having fun now?!

Now you're flat out cussing. LOL

I have stated no lies. Never said Reagan didn't personally lobby as a private citizen for passage of the Brady Bill. I said Reagan's lobby effort had no effect on its final passage. The House vote was 238-189, the Senate vote 63-36.

Bottomline. Both the Reagan and Bush positions on gun control are very similiar. Both men suppported background checks (Brady Bill), limits on high-capacity ammunition clips and both men supported the assault weapons ban.

>>>>>Having fun now?!

Yeah. I always enjoy seeing someone make a fool of himself and you've proven to be a first class fool. Instead of stepping on my replies by posting the exact same information I've already posted, try making your own case for an issue.
