Overall, the Postal Service expects to finish this fiscal year about $2 billion in the red. BTW: It say "expects", not "experts". I'm sure the Postal Service have bean counters just like any other large corporation and those bean counters can project a profit or a loss based on current business.

yep.. the rule of most of the people don't bother to use the 1,2,3 cent stamps so they often get a couple extra cents out of stamps.
how many times have you walked by the stamp machine in the post office and seen a bunch of 1-2 cent stamps on the floor or still in the machine?
