Oh, that poor man. Gastric surgery may save his life but he's got a long road of reconstructive work in his future. Removing the excess skin is going to be a long and very painful process for him, and that doesn't include any foot, ankle, knee, hip, back and other skeletal problems that must be dealt with. I wish him nothing but the best.
