Isn't Bolivia one of the world's poorest nations?
Without doubt it is very poor as is Peru and Columbia. Chile is the most prosperous then Argentina followed by Brazil. Brazilians are getting more prosperous as the years go by. Having lived in Brazil for three years and traveled there frequently I can testify to their progress. The main problems south of the border always stem from the concentration of wealth in too few hands.
