Philanthropic American Christians have been supporting missionaries, schools, Orphanages, construction of homes, schools and hospitals, Medical Assistance of all kinds: eye surgeries, clef palate surgeries, plastic surgeries, etc. for decades in these poor but thoroughly corrupt countries, especially Mexico, Central America and South America.

Only recently, Dictator Hugo Chavez ordered the missionary group the "Tribe" out of Venezuela. These corrupt leaders, one after another, have used the donations and help only to further the misery of their own people.

Now to have "certain" so-called "Judeo-Christians" tell us that allowing unchecked millions to continue to stream into our country without any background, medical, criminal examination, at will because "they are homeless, poor and our brothers for whom we must care for", is absolutely an insult.

Many of those groups have done little except send people to proselytize their own exclusionary faith in Christ, while excluding all others, only shows the rest of us just who and what they are.

As Charles Krauthammer says, a wall built to keep people in is a prison; a wall to keep people out is an expression of national sovereignty.

Laws to keep people in (penalizing Americans who emigrate to escape taxes) have been proposed in Congress. I don't know if any have been enacted yet, but be sure they will be. What is totalitarianism but national sovereignty carried to its logical conclusion? So far, there are not many people wanting to emigrate from the U.S.. That may change.

History teaches that a fortress becomes a prison very easily.
