But it appears that you still can't come up with straight answers ...

Much like the bogus polls in the 2004 election making Kerry the president, this is the first I heard of this whole thing. Ignoring the MSM is a great thing.

There is no such thing as outrageous tobacco litigation. Big tobacco execs should be in jail. There is nothing good about tobacco. Nothing.

LOL - Do I have to show you my passport now ? Not at all. I checked your posts in forum in the days following your hasty retreat. As to giving you straight answers; why give you something you know nothing about?

But, but... the media said he was arrested, just like they said those people were raped in the Superdome, and that Gore won, and that John Kerry could be trusted.....

Rush's victory started when the leftists attacked him re: this issue. I had stopped listening to him altogether up until this latest attempt to take him down by using his pain medication addiction (still a legal, prescribed drug, btw). I've been listening to him daily (once again) ever since. You can thank the brainless leftists for that. They really ARE their own worst enemy.

This is another Political prosecution/persecution.
If his name wasn't Rush Limbaugh, the authorities would've been explaining to someone how they have limited time and the courts are crowded, etc.

See-BS was touting the "Limbaugh Arrested: In BIG trouble" thing on Friday evening. Total lying scum.

Its a good thing Rush has essentially been cleared. This threatened his commercials for Subway.

Michael Savage is probably mad because he thought he could be number one. TOO BAD!!!

He's got a more than Rush to knock off if he wants that.

you can't pardon for a crime when the charges are dropped and no criminal record.
At the end, rush has NO arrest record, NO criminal record.
The charges are going to be dropped. This is better than dismissed and the prosecutor has ALREADY consented to the charges being expunged from his record.
It was a MAJOR face saving effort for the prosecutor.

Can you actually be unaware that:
AM radio signals travel immensely further then FM, which is line of sight and Limbaugh appears on FM anyway. Further with the explosive growth of satellite radio, he will soon be heard on that medium as well.
BTW, would like to see some evidence that lead to your prediction of the demise of AM radio.
To: hodaka
He is not "going back into rehab" as you claim. His current treatment consists of counseling for another 18 months the same as it has since his first 30 day admission to the rehab center.
To: Sunnyflorida
My goodness, are you another one of those wackos who believe people where somehow FORCED to smoke and that all the warnings on the cigarette packs since 1963 where just not enough to protect the poor deluded public?
