Wish he was my neighbor lol.. Would be exciting. One day he's mowing your yard, washing your car, cleaning out your gutters.
Next day, he burns your house down, after barricading all the escapes.

Please go somewhere else. I'd prefer Savage fans here.
Or at least be civil.

"Next day, he burns your house down, after barricading all the escapes." he he!
I guess the tin-foil hat wing of conservatism, i.e., Savagettes, need a place to do their flaming.

I'd prefer Savage fans here. No doubt you would. But, no. I think I'll hang in. My local talker picks him up at 7 - est.
Thanks

Savage is the ONLY talk show host out there with an independent mind. Listening to him is very refreshing.

Independent? You are kidding right? The opening today sounded just like the trash DU was digging up and posting all over.
I suppose the 13th Commandment died with Reagan.

Listening to him is very refreshing. Absolutely, positively, he's always refreshing unlike Rush who sometimes rehashes crap over and over again, some local talk show hosts here in MA can get very sarcastic and whiney, Savage just lets it rip, tells it like it is and makes no apologies for it, love that man!

Independent? You are kidding right? The opening today sounded just like the trash DU was digging up and posting all over.I think you are confused as to what the word "independent" means. Do you think that somebody has to parrot the Republican party line every day to be "independent"? Savage is certainly no Democrat.

Savage is the ONLY talk show host out there with an independent mind. Barbara S.
What about George Norry and Art Bell??
They lay it out as well.
I have survived several asteroid hits because of them.

The list that several of you want so badly where Tony disagrees with Bush is at democratic underground... where is where some here should be anyway. Go look at their thread, then come back and look at this one.
On his show he could give his views, that was the whole point... this is a position to put forth the president's agenda... not his. If some of you can't tell the difference...
It seems to me (like I told them at DU), that you should be overjoyed to have someone with their own mind if you thought he had that much pull.
You may now return to your regularly scheduled bashing.
Rant off/

Ok, I admit I haven't listened to ALL the talk show hosts out there; but out of the ones I've listened to, only Savage doesn't sound like he's in the pocket of the Democrat or Republican party.

Thanks! I like Tony andthink he is a fantastic choice. I'd like to see the list because, honestly, the ones that Savage read weren't bad at all and I agreed with what I heard.

Ali,
I'm not sure if you heard, but Savage's rant today was word for word from Mediamatters.com. Think HSW.

But how many times can someone hear "red diaper doper baby" before strumming their lips and saying "B-B-B-B-B-"? Hmmm?

Fun thngs about those quotes that DU are spewing about Tony Snow. DU'er are saying Tony is jut a yes man for the President but in fact Tony's position on some issues is more conservative than the administrations.
