How about recall? Can the people of Nebraska recall him? How about impeachment?

The people of the far west are some of the most conservative, pro-American patriots around. You'd expect a Chuckie Hegel to back-flush in the Northeast.

Sort of reminds men of that leftist viper Frank Church years ago - he was anti-gun and a real lib, but got re-elected time and again in either Montana or Idaho until he was flushed down the bowl permanently around Reagan's time.

Judge Naplitano would totally agree with you. He has a new book out about this same issue. "Constitution in Exile" is about America's crumbling government.

It makes one wonder if we're "ripe for the picking".

Shut off the public nipple and they will deport themselves.

I have been bashed and trashed for similar views. This is utterly disgusting.

The same country that Won WWII and the Cold War is resigned to this?

Simply pass a law that imposes a fine of $1 million per incident for anyone found hiring an illegal.

Your solution is just as good as any of the others that have been proposed. Problem is President Bush and so many other politicians do not want the problem solved. They just want us to accept the situation and agree to make the situation even worse.

"How are they going to do this without approval from the house of representatives? Even if they got a squishy bill set in conference committee, the house has to approve that. Not going to happen. "

House will never sign onto it. Hastert might be amenable but all the other high ranking House Republicans, as well as the vast majority of the rank and file House Republicans, as well as the 20% or so of the Democrats who are moderate to conservative, would not support such filth.

That's why I say: bring it on!

The Ted Kennedy Republicans in the Senate who sign onto this thing will be sitting ducks for primary defeats the next time they're up for re-election.

An employer is not allowed to ask if a person is illegal. They have to have them fill out an I9 and the employer can't specify what documents are used.

If that's the case, this law needs to be changed so the employer must specify what documents have to be used and it should be mandatory for the employer to verify the S.S.#. Perhaps we could make that part of "comprehensive immigration reform."

Actually, I guess the counterargument to my suggestion that the Senate "bring it on"

is that we already know who the Ted Kennedy Republicans are and their political careers are already in big trouble even if they don't pass this filth.

The way public opinion is moving on this, Hagel may not be able to set foot in Nebraska ever again.

I have a message for the illegal immigration "appeasers" in the House, the Senate and the White House:

IGNORE THE WILL OF WE THE PEOPLE AT THE PERIL OF YOUR JOB! WE WILL NOT FORGET, NOR WILL WE FORGIVE YOU PERFIDY!
