He doesn't lead. His views are ignored. The base doesn't support him any longer. He can't get his issues through the worthless Congress. His administration is ruderless and either can't or won't fight the lies and impressions in the media.
Even the WOT is waning while we play diplomatic footsie with our enemies. They are gun shy with Iran and Syria. They let the French and Russians get away with backstabbing them at every turn.

I'm a BIG Tony Snow fan. So I hope this is true.
Love Tony Snow, but the man's completely wrong about illegal immigration. Nobody should ever be able to access US citizenship through the commission of a crime.
I'd be foolish to believe that he doesn't know what he's up against. In that capacity, pardon my ebullience, Snow can potentially re-chalk the cues of the President.
In short, I think he knows what he's doing, and is up for the challenge. G-d Bless Him.

Of course he'll get flamed... and even if anyone imagines he was chosen as a whipping boy... it'll go better than anyone thinks... he's worked in the WH before and has faced death (not the same, but almost). Bottom line, they wouldn't know a message and how to get it out if it were on their noses now... Tony will get it out. Economic news and the 'good things' going on in Iraq, the Stan and in the middle east.
If the GOP takes a bath, it's not because the democrats are the better party.

We conservatives fought for decades to get to 1994 and in twelve years they've shown they can't govern. They are as power hungry as the Dems and have proven it.
