That wacky Angelina Jolie is a UN "goodwill ambassador." So she's newsworthy. America has been very good to these folks, but American names and American hospitals won't do.

Historical flashback: Picture court jesters and the outfits they wore with the funny hats, pointy shoes, bells, etc. Today's Hollywood types are simply "plain clothes jesters".
