Stephanie: If you are so committed to your husband being reelected shouldn't he switch over to the side he belongs to, rather than asking the other side to switch to his side?

If the Senate is tied, Chafee will likely switch to (D) anyway. IMHO

Because he has an "R" by his name! Duh!
(So much for the bot's "Send a message by voting conservative in the primaries" mantra... apparently you aren't even allowed to do that)
To: stands2reason
The only message I want Republicans in RI to send is that they don't want a pseudo-Republican, pro-abortion, pro-quota, anti-Israel, anti-gun nitwit representing them in the U.S. Senate.
Hopefully, we'll be able to do in RI what we failed to do in Pennsylvania, when we had a chance to knock off Arlen "Not Proven" Specter.

Let him go. It means losing a seat, but int he long term makes the Republican Party more conservative. We will likely lose every NE state in the near future anyway.
To: Zack Nguyen
Now, if we could just lose New England. Maybe we could trade with Canada for BC and Yukon Territory.

I don't feel good about anything when if comes the NJ Republican party. From what I know he is a moderate at bests but I don't follow state politics that much.

Sarcasm. Ever hear of it? Try it sometime.
