No surprise about Shrillary Rotten Cretin. She's white trash all the way through. My hideous nightmare is that she'll move back into the White House on January 21, 2009.

Its not THAT she uses the word, after all, a prudent use of the F word can be effective, just ask Patrick Leahy.., but the WAY she uses it, totally trashy, and in a way that intimidates her subordinates.
I've used the F-word quite a bit in my life, sometimes, even in the manner Hillary used it. But I would never use it when and how she did/does.

I've been known to drop the F-bomb on many occasions. One was when I'd been working on a document for 20 minutes and my computer crashed and I lost the document. I yelled "Oh, ____!" just as the boss and her son came around the corner to my cubicle (she'd been out that day). I immediately apologized, and her reply to me was, "It's OK, he's (her son) heard that before!"
The contrast between Hillary! and Laura is striking.

Many females think cursing makes them appear 'tough'.
We see this all the time on TV and the movies.

I wouldn't carry this line of argument too far. I can't speak to Thatcher's vulgarity, especially in private, but she could be devastatingly effective in delivering a put-down. Just watch some of the old Question Times in the House of Commons (or whatever it was called when the PM had to respond to any questions they had.) I can't recall any cursing offhand, but she could be very blunt, and occasionally salty. Her behavior was not "lady-like," it was appropriate for a Prime Minister.
Cursing is more common here than it is in England, as well. It is appropriate to criticize Clinton for losing her temper, but the language - not so much (OK, it's appropriate to criticize her for anything, I'm just trying to be fair here...)

I think that the most hurtful thing that anyone could say to Senator Mrs. Bill Clinton, is that she is certainly as vulgar, perhaps even more vulgar than former President Richard M. Nixon in his private moments.
