What are you thinking? Are you thinking investigation?
yup , and a Rove crony will have the "legal actions" for the entire group of strandees
... "hey Karl , go get'em Tiger!"
yup , just think if this had occured in the winter , or just a storm now!
Lisa Evers is probably the worst reporter, ever!

Bloomberg said some won't get out until early morning. You are so right if there was a storm or strong winds they would be in huge problems.
My guess for going off the air with this inane story was going to be 1:30 a.m. and then they thankfully pulled the rug out from under the crew just now!
... its time to wake the lawyers
Maybe people will think about carrying a couple PowerBars and a 16 oz. bottle of water in their bag when out and about. There is nothing wrong with being prepared for minor emergencies and having something light to eat & drink to make delays a bit more comfortable.

It (Roosevelt Island) used to be where the Island of Manhattan sent all its mental cases... now the loons are living on the Upper East & West Sides and over at 229 W. 43rd Street.
She was much hotter when she sported the red beret.
WHAT they are interviewing Dax Maier the kid on the Tram. Any guesses who will have him first on the morning shows?
His sitter, his Mom and his Dad- What the heck- he'll write a book. Little Dax is 12 years old. Press wants all the names spelled correctly- Oh my-12 year old Dax says he is now famous.
Funny. Since 911 family carries H2O and a power bar wherever we go. Like that is going to help!
Well, at least a snack and a drink makes waiting around for a few hours a tad more comfortable. I certainly wouldn't catagorize this situation as a true emergency...that's for sure.

Where was FEMA????!!!! Why wasn't FEMA there to rescue them?
Now every knucklehead who gets delayed on the subway during rush hour is going to want Mayor Bloomberg, Police Commissioner Kelly, Fire Commissioner Scoppetta and NYC OEM Commissioner Bruno to have a complete and thorough explanation of why they couldn't get an express to Brooklyn! It's funny how events somehow become important when nothing else is happening in the news...

I love going to this island. It has incredible ruins on one end of it, of an old sanitorium.
The sanitorium was used to film the end of Spiderman...it is definitely something to see, although there's a huge steel wall up that stops you from exploring the ruins.
