Wow, one prosecution out of hundreds of assault cases, now that's progress.

"and one rock passed through the rotor blades"

I wonder what the operating rpm of the main rotor blades of that chopper is. Seems like a softball sized rock thrown by an individual would move so slowly that one of the blades would have hit it.

jus wonderin

Problem is most simply walk back in, so who would/could scan them??

The fact that most illegals simply walk in is the very reason we need a major fence/wall barrier on the border. There is no way to check out the ones that sneak in, either the first time or repeated times unless they are of the few that get caught.

We simply must keep them out to begin with. No plan to deal with illegals or other border issues will work while the border is still wide open.

I imagine if I tried to bring down a BP or other LE helicopter with a rock or anything else I would be sentenced much longer.

I think there was a study recently in Arizona that did show that illegals are typically given lighter sentences than citizens for the same crimes. I fail to see the logic or reasons for that. It seems to me people who are here illegally to begin with should be punished more harshly when charged with other crimes, not less.

From the Sierra Vista Herald: "U.S. Attorney Office for Arizona spokeswoman Sandy Raynor, said Eretza-Flores will be deported again after the prison sentence imposed by Tucson federal judge Raner Collins is completed."

The "supervised release" is a fun, new game and there's nothing negative about it. You see, the cretin serves his sentence, gets deported, he fails to report to his probation officer, a warrant is issued along with an electronic scan of the perp's finger prints.

So now, when said cretin returns to the land of milk and honey, if he gets stopped for anything at all that results in a fingerprint check, presto! There's a warrant out for this guy and he's back in prison.

Fake I.D.'s no longer offer safety if a law enforcement officer is suspicious and runs the prints. Many agencies are now using a portable scanning device that allows an instant check without an arrest having to take place. The guy's prints are in the national data base and there's an open warrant on him, he's toast.

"...But judge, there is some kind of mistake. You see, they deported me so it was impossible for me to report for probation. It is just a little paper work problem. You can't send me back to the slammer just for that...?"

LOL... I love this new game!

"Stud stretcher" manufacturer? Might he own the same company that kept sending SPAM about 'stud stretchers' and breast enlargers?

Inquirin' minds want to know.

Happy Easter.

Only Sylvester Stalone can down a helicopter with a rock ("First Blood").
