Sounds like my schedule...
Except on Monday, I add "24"...and I have to admit to American Idol on Tuesday and Wednesday...
Have you ever watched Paul Gigot's news show on Fox on Saturday??
If not, you need to try it---it is VERY good, I like it a lot better than Cal Thomas' old show...
To: Txsleuth
TxS,
I do not watch Geraldo any longer, after the NOLA liberal cry-fest.
Smith is news, all about one (SSMFL).
"OR" needs to kick that liberal human waste to the curb for propensity.
Always,
NSNR

Oh yeah, I like Paul Gigot's show. I admit I used to watch it on CNBC. I'm glad FNC snapped it up, and turned that leftist curmudgeon Louis Rukeyser's show into a conservative roundtable.

I seldom watch any TV but one time he was on and I happened to catch a few minutes of his show. There was a woman standing next to him (he was sitting at a desk) doing some sort of segment. When she was done she told the camera to pan under the desk where Smith was sitting. Shorts and tennis shows under the desk, jacket, white shirt and power tie above the desk.
I laughed my butt off.

FOTFLOL!
Likely the woman was Jane Skinner. They do a Skinnerville routine. Sometimes they talk about they cookies she bakes and brings to him.

They also rerun Cavuto and Hannity and Dumb but no Gibson. Next to Hannity, Gibson seems to be the most Conservative of the bunch.

That was her. Now that I think back on it, Smith started it by having the camera pan down onto the slippers she was wearing. I was impressed by the obvious way those two seemed to enjoy working together and how laid back the whole thing was.
I can't imagine any of that happening on network news.
To: onyx
Actually, the segment with Skinner is the most tolerable part...quite funny sometimes.

I totally agree and thanks for posting this! Some of us have been fed up with Shep for months. He's turned into a leftwingdramaqueen. Wouldn't be so bad, except his show at 6/7 is supposed to be news. He makes sure to get his snide little remarks against the republicans in every chance he gets. I used to think he was ok, but during and after Katrina, he proved he's just a whiner.

Right. To borrow Katie's tired phrase "some say" he uses Jane Skinner to make himself 'appear' to be flirting with a woman.
I really don't give a rip about Shep's personal life. He presents the news casually but it irks me when he goes Geraldo dramatic.

Sheepherd also got excited when some newsbabe took his personal public parking place during the Florida recount. He called her a B***h.

I read somewhere last week that show is being taken off as of June. I remember when I read it, that is was a pretty reliable source. Hummm...I'll go looking. Keep you posted. Not that you care. :)

I also saw him do a promo for Vannity and Combs once; it seemed things were a little tense between him and Vannity.
To: libertarianPA
That might be his foppish tone of voice. Don't tell anyone, but I think Shep might... play for the other team. DING! DING! DING! Yes, you have one an all expense paid trip to Studio B.
