I was the first prisoner in the history of Brazil to have a court ordered laptop, with a smuggled digital camera and a secret wireless connection here is a picture of me in front of the cell- I was held as an Extradition Detainee, under a Treaty of Extradition between the US and Brazil- for no other reason. The treaty guaranteed I would not be held with Brazilian prisoners, I would be in a facility with hot water and reasonable conveniences- The US Embassy, after Bill Clinton coincidentally visited 3 weeks after I was detained, did everything, including condoning official torture of a fellow American prisoner as a message to me, to force me to stop my whistle blowing

You raise a great point. If Chelsea is asked whether her father was offered a job by Peter Paul, she could answer NO and it wouldn't be perjury. Peter has never offered a job to Webb.
